What is Full Circle Wellness?

Full Circle Wellness is a variation of the “pie of life” where Three Core Areas of Wellness are in good balance.

What are the Three Core Areas of Wellness? Mind, Body, and Spirit.

Mind being the state of your mental and emotional health, your mindset. Do you have peace of mind? Or, do your thoughts and emotions control your life and interfere in your relationships?

Body being your physical health and wellness. Are you exercising and moving your body regularly in a way that serves you? Are you taking care of your body with good nutrition and whole foods? Are you drinking enough water? Getting enough sleep?

Spirit being joy, creativity, leading your life with purpose, fulfillment. Is your own cup full? Do you have a practice of connecting to a higher power of your own understanding? Have you done Soul Work or Inner Child work to connect more deeply with yourself, your needs and your purpose or calling?

All of these work in tandem with one another, so creating balance is important. When you are mentally well and in a growth or high vibe mindset, you’re in the right place to work on your physical health. When your spirit is fulfilled, you have piece of mind, and a solid foundation for mental health work. When you’re taking care of your body, you will improve your mental health, and, often times, moving your body can be a form of spiritual practice or meditation, like distance running, cycling, or dance. Even weight lifting can be a spiritual practice because when you’re connecting with your body in a positive way, you are connecting with your Spirit. Each Core Area of Wellness is naturally going to support the others!
